Jajarkot, Nepal: At least 13 people died and dozens other injured when a passenger bus met with the accident in the Jajarkot district on Thursday.
The ill-fated bus with registration number Na 3 Kha 22 79 that was heading to Khara from the district headquarters Khalanga met with the accident when it veered off and fell about 200 meters down the road from Bahara of Bherimalika Municipality in the district.
It is said that as many as 40 people have been injured in the accident. Though the local administration has confirmed about the number of death details about the incident is yet to come.
Local people and the security force have been rescuing the people from the accident site. It is feared that the death toll would exceed as severely injured persons are high in number.
