Kathmandu, Nepal: Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Yu Hong called on Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba at latter's residence in Budhanilkantha on Tuesday.
During the meeting the duo had discussed on ranges of issues including the recent political development of the country and the ways to strengthen the bilateral relation between the two neighboring countries.
According to the source, Chinese Ambassador Hong welcomed the government decision to hold local level election. Clearing about the looming confusion the government had on Monday announced the date for local level elections.
