Kathmandu, Nepal: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said on Wednesday that the constitution amendment proposal will be tabled in the parliament before the Chhat, festival. 
 
Addressing to the Legislature-Parliament meeting, Prime Minister Dahal said that the government is working to forge an agreement among the ruling, opposition and agitating political parties to amend the constitution through the consensus. 
 
‘Formal and informal talks are underway among the parties so as to forge consensus,’ Dahal said ‘constitutional amendment proposal will be tabled in the parliament before the Chhat festival by forging consensus among the parties.’
 
During his address he also claimed that tripartite meeting held in India between Nepal, India and China became positive.
