Diversity Visa (DV) for 2018 to open from October 4

Kathmandu, Nepal: The call for application for the 2018 Diversity Visa (DV) program is being called from October 4. 
 
The US Department of State has informed that the DV program will open at 9:45 pm on October 4 and close at 
10:45 pm on November 7.
 
“We strongly encourage DV program entrants to apply early,” the US Department of State said in a statement 
issued today. 
 
As of past years, US DV aspirants must use the electronic DV entry form (E-DV) at www.dvlottery.state.gov 
during the registration period.  
 
The result of the 2018 DV program would be checked by entering their confirmation number at  www.dvlottery.state.govt on or after May 2, 2017.
