Hetauda, Nepal: Chief Election Commissioner Ayodhi Prasad Yadav has said that understanding among the political parties is most to hold the elections in the country. 
 
Inaugurating the new building of the District Election Office, Makawanpur in Hetaunda Sub-Metropolitan City-5 on Monday, Chief Commissioner Yadav said ‘the elections at local, provincial and federal levels would be possible only through an understanding among major political parties.
 
Chief election Commissioner Yadav said so in the mean time when political parties have been wrangling over the ranges of issues including on the issue of elections. 
 
Though major three parties have claimed to have reached near to the consensus to hold the local body election in existing structure, it is unlikely to hold the elections within the stipulated time frame.
