BANEPA: Prof Dr Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha has been reappointed the Kathmandu University Vice-Chancellor for a term of four years.
A meeting between Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and a search committee formed to pick the VC made a decision to this effect this morning, the KU Press Coordinator Hari Manjushree informed.
The appointee, however, is yet to get the appointment letter formally.
Earlier, Dr Shrestha had already served the KU as its VC for a term.
KU Registrar Prof Dr Bhola Thapa had been working as the Acting VC for last two months.RSS
