Nepal government declares martyr to whom who died from the bullet of Indian border security force
Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepal government has declared deceased Govinda Gautam of Kanchanpur incident as martyr. He was killed from the bullets of Indian border security personnel in Punarbas of Kanchanpur on Thursday. 
 
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bimalendra Nidhi announced the government decision to declare deceased Gautam as martyrs. 
 
Speaking in the House on Friday, DPM Nidhi also informed that the government has also decided to provide Rs 1 million to the bereaved family of Gautam. 
 
According to DPM Nidhi, the government will bear free education for his children and the government will manage all necessary arrangements for his funeral with honor.
