Kathmandu, Nepal, May 8, 2021: The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has formally decided to vote against of the vote of confidence sought by the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
A parliamentary party meeting of NC held on Saturday afternoon decided to vote against PM Oli.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called a meeting of the parliament after Prime Minister wanted vote of confidence.
During the meeting, discussions were held over the issue of forming a coalition government. However, no concrete decision is made to this effect, said a NC leader preferring anonymity.
