Kathmandu, Nepal, October 20, 2020: The recommendation made to the constitutional bodies by the constitutional council has been registered at the secretariat of the parliament on Sunday.
As per the recommendation registered at the secretariat of the parliament, the decision to recommend was made on December 15. However, it was kept secret till the date.
Former secretary Prem Kumar Rai has been recommended for the post of Chief Commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse o Authority (CIAA).
Likewise, former AIG of the Nepal police, Jaya Bahadur Chanda and Kishor Silwal have been recommended as the commissioners of the CIAA.
Likewise, senior advocate Ram Prasad Bhandari and Janaki Tuladhar have been recommended as the commissioners of the Election Commission.
Similarly former judge Tap Bahadur Magar has been recommended as the chairman of the National Human Right Commission (NHRC).
Manoj Dawadi, Surya Dhungel, Lili Basnet Thapa and Min Thakur have been recommended in the post of commissioners of the NHRC.
