Kathmandu, Nepal, May 29, 2023: Resham Lal Chaudhary has been released after president Ramchandra Poudel granted on the occasion of Republic Day on Monday.
Chaudhary was serving jail term in the Tikapur carnage that claimed the life of seven police personel and a toddler. Along with Chaudhary, 482 people were granted amnesty by he president at the recommendation of the Nepal government.
