Saptari, Nepal: Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal (SSFN) Chairman Upendra has won the elections as a member of the House of Representatives from Saptari-2.
Yadav elected by defeating his rival candidate Umesh Kumar Yadav of CPN (Maoist Centre) with a margin of 10, 040. Upendra secured 21,620 votes while Umesh garnered just 11580 votes.
