Kathmandu, Nepal: Police investigation has confirmed that the main masterminds behind the September 20 bomb blasts in various schools of the Kathmandu Valley were leaders of the CPN Maoist Center, the head of the incumbent government. 
 
Metropolitan Police Range Office, Kathmandu has said that CPN Maoist Center’s leaders Keshab Dahal alias Prakash and Binod Thapa alias Min Devkota were the mastermind of the September 20 bomb blasts in different schools in Kathmandu and Lalitpur.
