Kathmandu, Nepal: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari has summoned the leaders of the Nepali Congress (NC) to hold discussion on the ordinance that stuck at the office of the president over the issue of forming of the National Assembly (NA).
The president summoned the meeting with NC leaders shortly after a meeting between major five political parties held at the official residence of the Prime Minister ended inconclusively.
